Through many years of experience providing full service to all types of facilities in a number of cities and towns, over the last ten years we have reduced our commercial winter service area to Salem only. Winter travel during a storm between distant points, even 10 miles, is difficult and extremely time consuming at best. Trucks traveling to service locations two, three or even more towns away from their home base simply cannot provide the timely service a commercial site needs and demands. This is very noticeable to facility, retail managers and customers in more severe storms. Also, when an “out of town” company has a breakdown, truck replacement can be HOURS! Linehans philosophy for Snow and Ice Management is “all our trucks, loaders, sanders and walkway crews operating within 3-4 miles of each other equals the best and most timely service”.  Equipment: All of our plow trucks and loaders are 2002 through 2008. We are not plagued by breakdowns. We own our loaders and sanders, therefore we do not have to sub contract anything out. Our walkway and shoveling crews are dedicated to walkway service only, arrive in box trucks with all equipment and materials necessary for full service. All of our commercial equipment operates in Salem, NH only during snow storms. We are always available!
Experience: We have been running commercial plowing operations in the Salem area since 1976. This includes operation of large and small loaders, pickup trucks to heavy 6 wheel dumps and sanders. Snow and Ice Management is our full time occupation during winter months. Operators and management are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our constant upgrading of equipment, diligent maintenance program, our facility located on Lawrence Road being in the center of our operations, and our quality personnel, has allowed us to provide complete service for every snow storm for the last 32 years.
